Sports Nutritionist Helps Blades Be Better Players

Eat right. Play well. That’s the message that Lovie Wesolowski-Spicer, owner of Nature’s Health Centre in the Grosvenor Park Shopping Centre, took to the Saskatoon Blades at the ends of the 2004. The club, noting the physical toll the season took on its athletes, was looking for ways to help players optimize their health in the off-season.
